Job Overview: 


As the National Sales Manager at CW Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and supporting our Area Managers in achieving their KPIs to ensure the successful realization of the company's objectives. This position demands significant interstate travel, working closely with Area Managers to optimize customer relationships, identify untapped opportunities, and close sales on new product lines. Additionally, you will oversee the seamless rollout of programs and effectively communicate marketing strategies to our Area Managers and customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with Area Managers:

  • Forge strong partnerships with Area Managers, providing expert guidance and unwavering support to help them achieve their KPIs and exceed sales targets.

  • Extensively travel interstate, working alongside Area Managers in visiting customers and comprehending market dynamics to identify potential growth avenues.

Drive Sales Growth:

  • Identify new business prospects and unexplored product ranges, collaborating with Area Managers to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Take a hands-on approach in negotiations and contribute actively to closing deals, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Program Rollouts and Execution:

  • Ensure successful implementation of new programs and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to align resources and support for effective execution.

  • Monitor program performance, leveraging data insights to make informed adjustments that maximize results.

Marketing Strategy Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand and effectively communicate marketing strategies to Area Managers.

  • Ensure our Area Managers are equipped with the necessary marketing materials and information to confidently engage customers.

Sales Team Development:

  • Provide valuable mentorship, coaching, and training to Area Managers, empowering them with enhanced sales skills and in-depth product knowledge.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set ambitious individual and team sales targets.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management.

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address sales-related challenges.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager or in a comparable leadership role within the industry.

  • Strong expertise in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams effectively.

  • Willingness to travel including interstate, to support Area Managers and visit customers.

  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and program execution.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
